No. 387/1 (5.68 Acres), S.F. No. 389/3 (1.23 Acres) and S.F. No.389/ 4 (1.28 Acres) of Vallavanthi Combai Village, Sendamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District, by considering petitioner Application for Patta transfer in can No. 133090629914078 and Appln. No.2025/ 0103/ 441222 dated 11.01.2025 on the basis of the judgments dated 18.05.2022 in S.A.No.211 of 2015 and 27.02.2024 made in Rev. Appln No.126 of 2022 passed by this Honble court.

O R D E R

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with a liberty to challenge the rejection order passed by the the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar dated 18.11.2024 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order passed by the the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar dated 18.11.2024. There shall be no order as to costs.
