PRAYER :

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in Memoradum No.105947/968/G55/G551/2006 dated 29.09.2008 and to quash the same and consequently revise the seniority of the petitioner herein and grant him all service benefits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Memoradum No.105947/968/G55/G551/2006 dated 29.09.2008 of the second respondent, to quash the same and consequently revise the seniority of the petitioner herein and grant him all service benefits.
