R2 is impleaded as per the order of this Court dated 06.03.2018 made in Crl.M.P.No.3245 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.2045 of 2018 Prayer : Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.12.2017 in getting back her stridhana articles which were given at the time of marriage. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to provide police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the complaint dated 22.12.2017 in getting back her stridhana articles which were given at the time of marriage. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.12.2017, a C.S.R.No.141 of 2018 was assigned on 09.03.2018. Thereafter, summons were sent to the parties twice, but they did not appear for enquiry. Hence, the complaint was closed on 01.04.2018. Now, they can make a fresh complaint or challenge the closure report.
