From the perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the Sub Appl.No.1045 of 2024, it is noticed that the School concerned has already submitted a proposal in proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.57/2023, dated 17.10.2023 to the Chief Educational Officer, Ariyalur,.
But the said Chief Educational Officer has not taken any action as on date.

In view of the same, post the matter on 20.02.2025 for reporting strict compliance of the order passed in the main writ petition.
