Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with Na.Ka.No.808/A1/2003 dated 09.02.2004 passed by the third respondent and quash the same re-instate the petitioner in the post extending to her all benefits and privileges to which she is Legitimately Entitled from 05.06.2003.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to to call for the records in connection with Na.Ka.No.808/A1/2003 dated 09.02.2004 passed by the third respondent and quash the same re-instate the petitioner in the post extending to her all benefits and privileges to which she is Legitimately Entitled https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. On earlier occasion on 24.10.2019, since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, once again, this Court was inclined to give a last chance to the petitioner, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption ' for dismissal' on 25.10.2019.
3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
