Cont.P.No.1148 of 2015 for the petitioner, in compliance of the order dated 18.11.2014, the request for issuance of the said Certificate came to be rejected and challenge has also been made to the said order and as such, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.

2. This Court heard the submission of Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. In the light of the said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
