ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2021 seeking to mutate the revenue record by restoring the patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nos.349 and 365 Mathuvarayapuram Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District by removing the name of third respondent in Patta No.3100, Mathuvarayapuram Village.

2. Heard, Mr.M.Himavanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
