The learned counsel for the respondent Electricity Board made a submission that the demand amount has already been settled on 25.01.2019. In this regard, the Assistant Executive Engineer, Operation and Maintenance, Teynampet, informed the same to the Executive Engineer, T.Nagar.
2. In view of the fact that the demand amount in relation to the pending CC charges are already settled, no adjudication is required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
