Mr.S.Thirumavalavan, learned counsel for sole writ petitioner submits that the captioned writ petition, which has been filed inter alia assailing a transfer order, has since become infructuous.

Recording the stated position of the writ petitioner, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed (having become infructuous) making it clear (though obvious) that no opinion or view has been expressed on the merits of the matter in this order.
