Crl.M.P.No. 1873 of 2022 in CRL. O.P. No.8421 of 2021 M.DHANDAPANI,J This petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Dean Government Medical College and Hospital, Salem for the treatment of Covid-19 affected persons, without prejudice to his defense before the trial Court and the learned judicial Magistrate, after perusing the challan/receipt, shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8421 of 2021 dated 14.06.2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the daily wages worker and due to Covid19, he is unable to mobilise the fund and deposit the amount as imposed on the petitioner by this Court. Hence, the learned counsel prays to modify the condition. 3.In view of the backdrop, the earlier condition imposed by this Court is on the basis of the petitioners' instructions and his own volition. rli Hence, this petition for modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14.06.2021, dated 14.06.2021 does not acceptance and accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
