The learned Special Government Pleader made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 19.02.2019 in W.P.No.10173 of 2018 has been complied with. In this regard, the Joint Director, Directorate of Pension, issued an order in proceedings dated 18.09.2019. Pursuant to the said order, the District Collector passed an order on 23.09.2019. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the contempt petition.
