COMMON JUDGMENT These appeals arise out of a partition suit and the learned counsel for the appellants in both the appeals submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter among themselves and that he is withdrawing both the appeals and all the civil miscellaneous petitions and he has also made necessary endorsement to that effect on the reverse of Memorandum of Second Appeal.

2.Recording the said endorsement, these second appeals are dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
