Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2009 and cancel the patta granted in favour of the respondents 4 & 5 and evicting them from the water resources area (Kasivu Neer Kuttai) situated between the Kattanoore Survey No.5 and Vennampatti Survey No.11.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 06.10.2009, with regard to cancellation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

patta granted in favour of the respondents 4 and 5 and for consequential relief.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, this writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned afresh.
