This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2016, wherein and whereby they wanted the rectification of mistake with reference to a notification referred to in the order passed by the appellate authority.

2.Heard both sides.

3.According to the petitioner, a wrong notification has been quoted in the said order, which has to be corrected by quoting the right notification, as stated in the representation. Needless to say that it is for the respondent to consider such request and pass orders accordingly. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2016 and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders on the same on its merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
