ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the P.R.No.01/P.R.(N)/(2)/2007 u/r 3(b) dated 25.06.2008 of the file of the third respondent and quash the same and to direct the respondents to take back petitioner to the service with all benefits.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

07.03.2019, earlier counsel stated that he has given change of vakalat. Therefore, this Court has directed the Registry to issue notice to the Petitioner and also directed to post the matter on 18.03.2019.

Again, when the matter was listed on 20.03.2019, since service was awaited on the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed after two weeks.

It is seen from the Office Report that the Notice issued by the Registry to the address of the petitioner was returned with the remarks "there is no such person in his name in the above said address".

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
