ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27776 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27776 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
