The second defendant was directed to disclose revenue details in respect of the Tamil cinematographic film titled "Endrendum Kadhal". The information directed to be submitted was subsequently submitted by the second defendant. Because the second defendant submitted such information belatedly, costs of Rs.50,000/- were imposed by order dated 19.11.2025. The second defendant has prayed for waiver thereof.

2. The second defendant is an intermediary and is therefore not one of the contesting parties in this action. The direction for disclosure of revenue was admittedly complied with, albeit belatedly. None of the other parties, including the plaintiff, have any objection to costs being waived.

3. Considering the above aspects in totality, costs imposed on the second defendant by order dated 19.11.2025 stand revoked. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
