[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] When the matter was taken up, Mr.S.Sasikumar, learned counsel for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' (hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of convenience and clarity) saying that impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked qua Advisory Board. 2.
