2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the first applicant and the third applicant are brothers and that the third applicant currently resides in Germany. Therefore, he requests that the cheque in the name of E.J.Moses may be handed over to E.Emmanvel Santhanaraj.

4. Upon considering the submissions in this regard, I find that this application is liable to be allowed keeping in mind the fact that the cheque is to be drawn in the name of E.J.Moses and the affidavit filed Page No.1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

A.No.789 of 2020 in TOS.No.27 of 1997 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J kal in support of this application has been affirmed by E.S.Moses and he has requested that the cheque be handed over to his brother, namely, E.Emmanvel Santhanaraj.

5. This application is allowed accordingly.
