O R D E R

The petitioner was initially appointed as Grade-I Police Constable. The petitioner was finally promoted as Sub- Inspector of Police and on attaining the age of superannuation, she retired on 30.4.2007. The petitioner submitted series of representations to the second respondent requesting to give her notional promotion and related benefits taking into account the relevant Government Orders issued by the Government for the purpose of giving time bound promotion.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the second respondent failed to consider her representation in accordance with relevant Government Orders. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 04.01.2013 on merits and in the light of the relevant Government Orders regarding time bound promotion. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order to the second respondent.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
