ORDER

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file a review petition and makes an endorsement to the following effect : "The appellant is herein given liberty to file review in W.P.No.17286/2013, order dated 27.6.2013. Hence the writ appeal is herein withdrawn."

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with afore-stated liberty, as prayed for, if so advised under the provisions of law. Consequently, M.P. No. 1 of 2015 is dismissed. No costs.
