ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the Crime No.102 of 2014 and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the FIR has been registered in the year 2014 and investigation has not yet been completed.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case bundle has been misplaced in the police station and if some more time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed before the concerned Court.
