This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.577 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, E-5 Foreshore Estate Police Station, Chennai every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition for 24 days.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 5(b) in the order in Crl. O.P. No.577 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., 1st and 3rd Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
