ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.11.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 125, 324(2), 309(4), 311, and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No. 746 of 2025 on the file of respondent police seeks bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that on 12.11.2025 at about 4.00 pm, the petitioner waylaid the de-facto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.2,000/- and a Vivo Y22 mobile phone from him. Hence, the case has been registered and the petitioner has been arrested on 13.11.2025.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody from 13.11.2025 and now, he is ready to abide by any condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner is having 18 previous cases are similar in nature and therefore, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having 18 previous cases are similar nature and if bail is granted to the petitioner he would indulge similar in nature, hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
