ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice issued by the second respondent on 22.07.2004, as to why the unauthorized construction made in the plot lying under the HT line should not be demolished. Thereafter, no action has been taken by the second respondent.

2. However, the second respondent is at liberty to take appropriate action as against the petitioner for its unauthorized construction, if any, under the HT line.

3. It is made clear that after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner, the second respondent is at liberty to take appropriate action for the unauthorized construction made under the HT line.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
