Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on "that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore North police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, the petitioner shall not entered into the jurisdictional limits of respondent police until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.19454 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the North Police Station every day at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19454 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19454 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2020 dated 10.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
