ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the basis of complaint dated 18.08.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law under the supervision of 1st respondent within a time frame.

2. In view of the earlier order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.26360 of 2017, dated 04.12.2017, no further orders are required on the prayer sought for in the present petition.

3. It is needles to point out that the concerned jurisdictional Police officer is required to look into the complaint strictly as per the directions given in the earlier order dated 04.12.2017, within the time stipulated thereunder. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above observations and directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
