Challenging the order of refusing to revoke the suspension dated 28.07.2009, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for final disposal, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the suspension order was revoked and the petitioner was reinstated on 28.01.2010 and later he was permitted to retire on 31.01.2013. After his retirement he died on 29.08.2015. On the representation made by the legal heirs dated 11.12.2015, the Competent Authority by its letter dated 02.03.2016 allowed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disbursal of the terminal benefits. According to which the proceedings dated 31.03.2016 the financial and other monetary benefits were disbursed to the wife of the deceased petitioner. The communication to the said effect sent by the society dated 18.11.2019 taken on file and the writ petition is disposed of having become infructuous. Proceedings dated 18.11.2019 shall form part and parcel of the records. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
