ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for Non-complainace of the order made in W.P.No.11627 of 2016 dated 26.05.2016.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced copy of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer (General), Erode, in Na.Ka.No.3179/A3/2015, dated Nil August 2017 stating that as per the order passed by this Court, the petitioner's request was considered and the same was rejected.

3. Recording the proceedings of the District Educational Officer (General), Erode, in Na.Ka.No.3179/A3/2015, dated Nil August 2017, this contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings. No costs.
