This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose the election petition filed by the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, challenging the election to the post of Board of Directors of the fourth respondent , the petitioner has filed a election petition before the second respondent, which is also numbered as Election Petition No. 5537 of 2018. Even though the election petition has been filed as early as on 22.10.2018, the election petition has not even taken up for hearing. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, as already the Division Bench of this Court has fixed a 3 months time for disposal of the election petition, and the second respondent is directed to consider the election petition, and pass suitable orders after hearing all the parties concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
