ORDER

This Arbitration Original Petition has been filed seeking to appoint a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate all the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent based on the terms of Agreement dated 01.05.2021 under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing on either side submitted in unison that the entire issue had been settled between the parties and therefore, there is no necessity for appointment of an Arbitrator as prayed for in this Petition and further the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to Page No: 2/5

withdraw this Petition and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsels appearing on either side and also in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Arbitration Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
