ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 02.08.2021 immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.08.2021 was taken up in C.No.263/DCP/MVM/CMCell/Helpline/2021, dated 06.09.2021, enquiry was conducted and finding that the case is of civil in nature, the respondents have closed the enquiry on 11.10.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. This Court directs the respondents to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law.
