Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Letter No.S4 (2)/60526/2008 dated 29.09.2009, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to restore the seniority of the petitioner as ordered in the respondent's proceedings No.S4(2)/56135/2006 dated 30.06.2007 and promote the petitioner to the post of Senior Draughting Officer (Draughtsman I Grade) for the year 2008-09.
