ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondent for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 01.11.2012 made in W.P.No.29434 of 2012, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up, the the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the

order in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a Xerox copy of letter of the 3rd respondent in Letter No.3607/Pa.Ka.3(1)/2015-1 dated 11.02.2015.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
