JUDGMENT
This second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 19.02.2003 made in A.S.No.18 of 2000 on the file of the Additional District Court, Fast Track Court, Kanchipuram, confirming the judgment and decree dated 26.11.1999 in O.S.No.1024 of 1995, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Kanchipuram. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died.
3.
It is seen that though the second appeal is of the year 2005, after the death of the sole respondent long back, the appellant did not take any steps to implead the legal heirs of the sole respondent as party to the second appeal, which shows that the appellant has no interest to proceed with the second appeal.
