ORDER

The writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2012 within a stipulated period.

2. Heard both the learned counsels and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that similar matter was disposed of by this Court in W.P(MD).No.14870 of 2010 by order dated 15.09.2014.

4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the Government 2 / 4

has preferred the appeal against the above said order, which is pending in W.A.(MD).No.1384 of 2014, and an order of status quo has been passed in the said Writ Appeal.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners therefore submitted that, it would suffice if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the petitioners representation dated 17.02.2012.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2012 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
