This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P. No.16212 of 2023 in Crl. O.P. No.6142 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of final report.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly, but investigation is not yet completed.
