Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from laying the extension wires for the property situate at Sy.No.173/1B and 173/1E of Vadamalapatti Tharapu, Thiruvaiyalur Village, Poochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District except otherwise in accordance with law.

ORDER

It is submitted across the Bar by both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents that the petitioner is already dead. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in spite of his best efforts to contact the legal heirs of the petitioner, he could not contact them and therefore, there are no instructions from the legal heirs of the petitioner to take steps to bring the legal heirs in this writ petition to pursue the matter. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner pleads that, this Writ Petition can be disposed of, with liberty to the legal heirs to agitate the issue, if they are advised to do so.

2. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs of the petitioner, as the petitioner is no more, with liberty to the legal heirs, if any, to pursue the matter in future, if need be, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
