This petition is filed to condone the delay of 46 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 29.11.2019 made in W.P.No.33440 of 2019.
2. Though the respondent is served with notice, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.
3. Heard the learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants.
4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and the list the same for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
6. The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mrs.Dhakshayini Reddy as learned counsel for the respondent/writ petitioner in the Writ Appeal.
