Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order passed in W.P Nos.32732 and32733 of 2012 dated 07.12.2012.

W.P Nos.32732 and 32733 of 2012:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing

the 3rd respondent to consider the candidature of the petitioner for promotion as B.T.Assistant in light of the order of this Honourable Court in W.P.No.24495 of 2012 in the appropriate place in the seniority list within a fixed time frame. For Appellants :

SASIDHARAN,J.] The learned Government Advocate by producing a Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.95, School Education Department, dated 05.05.2015 would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the above Writ Appeals in view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent, on a perusal of the Government Order, would also submit that in view of the said order nothing survives for adjudication in the above Writ Appeals.

3. The above Writ Appeals are dismissed as infructuous on account of the subsequent events relating to the issuance of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.95, School Education Department, dated 05.05.2015. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
