(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to accept the cause title in respect of the Appellants 4 to 7 in the Writ Appeal. 1/3

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 1st petitioner's son expired on 29.09.2023 and therefore, the legal heirs of the deceased son has to be impleaded in the appeal to meet the ends of justice and therefore, prayed for accepting the cause title.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection in accepting the cause title in respect of impleading the legal heirs of he deceased son of the 1st petitioner.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition to accept the cause title in the Writ Appeal is ordered, as prayed for.
