2. The prayer is for a mandamus directing the respondents to restore the glow sign boards in the centre median put up by the petitioner at DindugulBangalore Road. The writ petition has been instituted in 2008 and we are of the view that nothing survives today in 2026. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
