..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in TIIC/TANJAI/2008-09, dated 30.09.2008 and quash the same as illegal, unfair and unreasonable insofar the petitioner firm is concerned and direct the respondents to unlock the unit called M/s.National Poly Packs at No.76/1B, Pananthoppu Street, Mayiladuthurai and to pass order of reschedulement of the repayment.
