ORDER

This Court by order dated 01.07.2020, disposed of the Writ Petition in WP.No.8686 of 2020 in the following terms: "4.In view of the limited relief sought for herein, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, fifth respondent as well as any other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of uploading the copy of this order in the website."

Since the aforesaid direction was not complied with within the time framed by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt petition.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent authorities conducted enquiry, in which, both the parties appeared in person and the final order would be passed shortly.

3. Recording the above said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed.
