No.126/3B, 8000 sq.Ft. situated at New Part Town vide approval No. LP / DTCP No. 198/2005 Comprised in Punjai Survey No. 126/2 and 61000 Sq.ft. (being the remaining part of the land out of total extent of 69000 Sq.ft. on its North Western part), situated at New Park Town vide approval No.LP/DTCP No.198/2005 comprised in Punjai Survey No.126/2 classified as Middle School of Kondasamudram Village & Panchayath Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District falling within Gudiyatham Sub-registration District, Vellore Registration District, total land of 69000 Sq.feet.

2. The first respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating that the Bank is ready to register the sale certificate.

3. In view of the said statement, the purpose of the writ petition stands served. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
