WMP.No.2290 of 2024 in W.P No.30288 of 2019 N.MALA, J.

This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 20.11.2023 made in W.P.No.30288 of and WMP.No.30264 of 2019 in dismissing the writ petition for non appearance and consequently restore the writ petition on to the file and permit the petitioner to prosecute the writ petition so as to get the final adjudication on merits of the case instead of default.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons therein.

Therefore, this petition is ordered and the writ petition is restored.
