No.19011/FW/E3/2010 dated 28.09.2011 of the second Respondent (2) O.Mu.No.644/N1.3/FW/2012 dated 20.02.2012 of the third Respondent and (3) Na.Ka.No.4707/FW/N1.3/2012 dated 02.05.2012 of the fourth Respondent, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the Respondents to forthwith promote the Petitioner to the post of Block Extension Educator with retrospective effect from 26.07.2010 and to continue till the date of his retirement on attaining the age of superannuation and to confer him all service and other monetary benefits with effect from 26.07.2010, as granted to similarly placed persons in and by Pro.Ref.No.10078/FW/A3/2004 dated 30.07.2010.
