This petition is filed to condone the delay of 370 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to the 1st respondent may be dispensed with.

Accordingly, notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with.

3.Though notice was served on the 2nd respondent and their name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 370 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
