COMMON ORDER The above petitions have been filed by the accused in the same FIR seeking modification of the orders passed while granting bail to them.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were directed to deposit Rs.4 Crores to the credit of Cr.No.214 of 2024 within forty five days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and that the said condition is onerous and hence, sought for modification.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that they are willing to deposit title deeds for Rs.2 Crores before the trial Court and requested time to file an affidavit furnishing the details of the properties and the title deeds of which they are willing to deposit.

4. Hence, list the matter on 02.04.2025.
