ORDER

This Writ Petition was filed by the petitioner, for declaring her as the guardian of her husband Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, who was in a comatose condition for operating his bank accounts/investments and for dealing with the immovable properties for the purpose of protecting his interest. This Court vide order dated 20.06.2025 had disposed of the Writ Petition by appointing the petitioner as the guardian of her husband and also permitted her to operate his bank accounts/investments. This Court had also directed the petitioner to submit the accounts regarding the receipts and expenses incurred by the petitioner in three months before the Registrar General, High Court of Madras and the matter was listed today for reporting compliance.
